EACHChild is a not-for-profit childcare service providing high-quality early learning and kindergarten programs for children up to 5 years old.

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team, delivering developmentally appropriate educational programs aligned with NQS/EYLF. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for educating children, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging educational programs tailored to meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
  • Contribute to family-focused support, building rapport with parents and caregivers through effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, identifying developmental concerns in consultation with Centre Managers.
  • Prioritize staff meetings and professional development days to enhance knowledge and skills.
Required Qualifications and Skills

We seek an Early Childhood Educator with:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in long day care, preferably in all age groups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with colleagues and parents.
  • An understanding of NQS/EYLF principles and practices.
Salary and Benefits

This rewarding role offers a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on your background and skills. As a Not-for-Profit organization, we offer generous benefits, including:
