Job Opportunity:

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for a challenging role in enterprise provisioning? We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate to join our UCaaS team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to customers, external third-party suppliers, and carriers by managing orders, processing customer requests, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Create new accounts, provisioning, service cancellations, number porting, and service delivery.
  • Assist with maintaining and managing all Help Guides.
  • Work within a team environment to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A recently acquired degree in Business, Communications, and/or Telecommunications.
  • High performing demonstrated by a credit average grade.
  • Previous work experience or internship is an advantage.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great time management and organizational skills, highly motivated.
  • Intermediate computer skills (including Microsoft Word and Excel).
