Job Title: Surgical Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Surgical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting surgical innovations, identifying and vetting surgeons or candidates for training, organising and facilitating training courses and workshops, building relationships with local faculty and proctors, ensuring technology accessibility, and enhancing industry engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote cutting-edge surgical solutions through various channels, generating interest and facilitating the development of selected techniques and technologies.
  • Identify and select surgeons or candidates for training, ensuring successful product adoption within the surgical community.
  • Organise and facilitate training courses and workshops in collaboration with local faculty and proctors, enhancing proficiency and knowledge of our products.
  • Develop and manage relationships with local faculty and proctors to strengthen our network, brand, and support clinical adoption.
  • Evaluate and ensure that our technologies are readily available and accessible to surgeons within relevant hospitals in our targeted region.
  • Attend and engage with relevant society and third-party workshops and conferences to enhance our visibility and strategically position our offerings within the market.
