Career Opportunities

As a Rehabilitation Consultant at Procare Group, you will play a vital role in assisting injured individuals recover, return to work, and regain their life following injury or illness. This dynamic role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and clients.




  • You will conduct assessments, case management services, and support people to recover and return to their pre-injury employment using your clinical skills and knowledge from recent studies.
  • Interact and build relationships with key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.


The 12-month New Graduate Program offers an exceptional opportunity to develop your skills, enhance your learning experience, and grow professionally. You will receive industry-leading mentorship, exposure to diverse working styles, and the chance to develop your unique approach.



Program Structure


  1. Welcome pack on arrival
  2. Online induction learnings for technical and soft skills
  3. Daily support from local peers and allocated mentor
  4. Weekly meeting with Team Leader
  5. Report writing training and Quality Assurance support via our QA Program
