Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Client Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet individual and team targets
  • Provide personalized customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Assist clients with merchandise selections and provide expert selling skills
  • Manage customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and support company initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years retail experience, preferably in the jewelry industry
  • Previous expert selling experience and a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrable problem-solving ability and strong customer service ethics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
