Key Responsibilities:
  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored customer service.
  • Drive Sales and Growth: Exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and development of client relationships and sales.
  • Contribute to a Dynamic Team: Collaborate with a caring and dynamic team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Experience and Skills: 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with diverse clients and think creatively to meet their needs.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
