Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Beauty Advisor for our Boutique. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional and unforgettable experience for every client, ensuring that each interaction is unique and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a distinctive client experience and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Conducting personalized consultations to identify client needs and offering tailored solutions based on extensive product knowledge.
  • Meeting and surpassing sales objectives and performance metrics across all product categories.
  • Maintaining the high standards of in-store experience and presentation that Chanel is renowned for globally.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in the luxury cosmetics retail environment.
  • Proven sales capabilities with a track record of achieving and exceeding established performance indicators.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service to a diverse clientele.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Chanel's standards.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • Certification in Makeup Artistry is highly preferred.
