Food and Beverage Service Professional

 

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven individuals to join our team as Food and Beverage Attendants at a casual basis.

This role includes serving food and beverages with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.

As a valued member of our team, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by:

  • Accurately and attentively recording guest orders.
  • Confidently recommending menu options.
  • Providing professional and efficient service while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Engaging warmly with guests and striving to exceed their expectations.

Hourly rates:

Monday - Friday: $31.19 per hour, Saturday: $37.43 per hour, Sunday: $43.66 per hour

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • A warm and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Previous experience in a waitstaff or bar role.
  • A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
  • Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
