**Job Title:** Fire Protection Sales SpecialistKey Responsibilities:
  • Promote the full range of fire protection products to facility owners and managers, contractors, distributors, and consulting engineers.
  • Maintain relationships with contractors and established distribution channels in a designated territory.
  • Develop new business and maintain existing business through direct contact with installation contractors.
  • Develop and achieve maximum number of specifications and conversion of those specifications within assigned territory.
  • Control expenditure within approved expense budget.
  • Develop and maintain favourable specification of the fire protection range and services within the assigned territory.
  • Maximise opportunities by effective planning, scheduling, and managing territory coverage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree or trade qualification is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong technical skills and computer literacy are essential.
  • A background in technical sales within the building and construction market is ideal.
  • The ability to impart a corporate message and technical expertise to the target market is crucial.
