Fire Protection and Hydraulic Engineering Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the design and delivery of fire protection and hydraulic services.

The successful candidate will contribute to high-profile projects that have a meaningful impact across Australia, working with a collaborative team committed to sustainability and creative design.

About the Role
  • Design and document fire protection systems (wet and dry) and hydraulic services from concept through to construction.
  • Ensure compliance with technical, commercial, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design challenges and deliver coordinated solutions.
  • Interface with clients, authorities, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Attend site inspections and liaise with trade contractors to ensure design intent is met.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Building Services) or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2–5+ years' experience in Australian building services consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of fire protection and hydraulic engineering design and documentation.
  • Familiarity with relevant Australian Standards and Building Code of Australia.
  • Experience liaising with authorities and stakeholders.
  • Professional Engineers registration (or working towards it).
