Delivering psychological treatment services on the North-West Coast of Tasmania requires a skilled Mental Health Clinician.
The role involves providing individual counselling and group therapy programs for referred adults. Key responsibilities include:
- Completing intake and assessment, and developing clear treatment plans in line with program standard operating procedures
- Maintaining an active case load of consumers who meet eligibility criteria as specified by contractual requirements
- Regular data entry to ensure productivity measures are easily analysed
- Identifying and reporting risks through appropriate channels
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality services
- Ensuring services align with National Standards for Mental Health Services 2010
Essential selection criteria include registration with relevant professional boards or bachelor level qualifications in Counselling.
