Community Mental Health Clinician RoleAbout the Position:

We are seeking experienced mental health professionals to join our team as Community Mental Health Clinicians.

The successful applicant will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing comprehensive treatment and support to individuals experiencing complex mental health problems.

The role involves:

  • Working in case management and drawing on knowledge of mental health legislation and policy.
  • Utilising mental health clinical experience and skills.
  • Undertaking a patient caseload and participating in daily team functions, including intake duty, multi-agency liaison, and crisis management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, recovery-focused client care as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans, promoting self-efficacy and independence.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, adhering to legislative requirements and professional standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current AHPRA registration (as per discipline).
  • Current practicing registration.
  • Demonstrated experience in a mental health setting.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
