Main Responsibilities
  • Drive retail sales, manage stock control, and oversee merchandising.
  • Lead and motivate retail staff to achieve sales excellence.
  • Manage rosters and daily staffing requirements.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience and resolve customer enquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate service jobs, liaising with customers and technicians.
Requirements
  • Prior management experience in retail or service industries.
  • Industry experience within pools, outdoor lifestyle, or related sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage day-to-day retail operations.
What You Need To Succeed
  1. A proven track record of sales success in a retail environment.
  2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  3. Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
