Pool Safety Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced pool safety manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of pool management and supervision, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. They will also have a sound understanding of pool operations, lifeguarding techniques, and customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise pool operations and ensure a safe swimming environment for the community.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Royal Life Saving Society Pool Lifeguard Certificate or equivalent.
  • Provide First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • National Criminal History (Police) Clearance.
  • Department of Human Services Working with Children Clearance.
  • Prior experience as a lifeguard is desirable but not essential.
