We're looking for an outgoing and knowledgeable individual who are focused and motivated with experience in retail sales to join the team on a casual basis.
- Some of the key responsibilities include:_
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Giving advice and solutions to customers
- Achieving KPIs and sales budgets
- Processing sales orders and quotes
- Work in a team environment to help achieve business objectives
- Stocking shelves with merchandise and general housekeeping
- Set up in-store promotions and merchandising
- Be involved in stock control and management
- Receipting, managing and ticketing large amounts of stock
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Dealing with customer refunds
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the management team
- Water Testing for customers
- Other tasks and duties as required

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Effective time management skills
- A passion and drive for Customer Service
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Work in a fast paced team environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Commercial/Trade industry experience PREFERRED
- Able to work weekends and public holidays is ESSENTIAL
