Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Manage workforce planning and administration
  3. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  4. Track and report on workforce KPI metrics
  5. Collaborate closely with the Head of Audio Visual and Team members
  6. Oversee fleet maintenance and repairs
  7. Manage ticket queues and SLA adherence
Requirements:
