Job Title: Farm Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of farm equipment, including tractors, harvesters, seeders, and spreaders.

Your primary focus will be on providing comprehensive mechanical services, including maintenance, rebuilds, diagnostics, and rapid breakdown support. You will also play a crucial role in supporting our sales success by pre-assembling cutting-edge machinery and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

To excel in this position, you will need to possess excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will be expected to empower our apprentices with your expertise and maintain a dynamic, safe, and professional workshop environment.

Requirements:
