Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead technical project management at our rapidly growing Brisbane manufacturing facility.

In this role, you will collaborate across functional teams and ensure accountability to detailed project plans and timelines. Your goal is to prioritize the team's digital management of key technical project team activities and decisions.

You will regularly review the technical project team's progress, timelines, and accountability using project management tools and other related resources. Additionally, you will work with site leadership to mitigate any program-related issues, concerns, or challenges proactively to leadership.

You will communicate regularly with business leadership and coordinate the technical team's project results. This rewarding position develops your skills leading technical programs in the advancing area of biopharmaceutical.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Track technical project timelines and results to enable successful transfer of process engineering and process validation projects.
  • Work efficiently with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and in-full delivery of product to customer.
  • Build and modify project management digital tools to improve project tracking and metrics.
