About the Role

Lead a team of dedicated professionals in media-buffer preparation, facility support, and cleaning operations. Develop strong managerial skills in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MBP media-buffer preparation team and ensure smooth operations.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through effective mentoring and leadership.
  • Identify and resolve practical problems to improve site performance indicators.
  • Oversee day-to-day functions such as maintaining equipment, supplies, and logbooks.
  • Review and author manufacturing batch records, SOPs, and validation protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Department to review and sign off on completed batch records.
  • Adhere to cGMP quality management systems and EH&S requirements.
  • Support team SMEs in troubleshooting and training co-workers.

Requirements

Tertiary education in a science or engineering-based field is required.

Five to seven years of leadership experience in a GMP manufacturing environment is preferred.

High-level PC and software skills are essential, including ERP system proficiency.

Sound knowledge of GMP/GLP regulations is helpful but not mandatory.
