Strategic Lending Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and enhance our portfolio of lending products in a highly collaborative environment.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and optimise the home lending product suite, with a focus on customer journey improvements.
  • Utilise data insights to identify new opportunities, drive product retention and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement change initiatives, including rate changes, promotional activities and credit policy updates.
  • Support the delivery of new products and features, including go-to-market strategies, collateral and communications.
  • Monitor product performance and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and market dynamics to inform product roadmaps.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in mortgage or lending product management within financial services.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify trends and convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • Able to work across technical, legal and risk frameworks while maintaining a customer-centric focus.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
