To be eligible for our program, you must have recently graduated within the last two years or be eligible for graduation by the end of 2026.

Your degree could be from one of the following fields:

• Engineering: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Civil, Geotechnical, Metallurgy, Minerals Processing, Chemical, Construction, Mining, Environmental, Instrumentation Control, and Automation.
• Science: - Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental, Earth Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Spatial Science (surveying), and Geographical Information Systems.
• Health Science: Safety, Occupational Hygiene, Health, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Paramedical Science, and Nursing.
• Technology: Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Software Engineering, and Mathematics.
• Business: Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, and Commerce.

To be successful in our program, you will have a strong academic background, with the ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Adaptability, flexibility, and a hunger to learn and embrace change are also essential.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary, along with the ability to work effectively in a team.
