Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Speech Language Pathologist Lead to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape services, deliver personalised care, and work in a culture that invests in your growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to your discipline's team.
  • Oversee high-quality, evidence-based clinical services in line with NDIS requirements.
  • Support recruitment, induction, and professional development of team members.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to grow services and maintain quality standards.
  • Manage clinical caseloads and assist with complex cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Current SPA membership.
  • Minimum five (5) years' clinical experience, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centred practice.
  • Commitment to culturally safe and trauma-informed care.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
