Job Opportunity: Deliver High-Quality Person-Centered Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Consultant to join our team at our residential care home. As the trusted primary point of contact for residents and their families, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and leading the clinical and customer care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care services.
  • Coordinate individual care plans and clinical services for residents.
  • Respond to feedback and address care needs, in consultation with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with the home leadership team to meet compliance standards and support business goals.
  • Foster strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and care staff.
  • Coach and mentor Nurses, Care Workers, Students, and other members of staff.
  • Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.
  • Significant post-graduate nursing experience.
  • Experience working within the aged care environment is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role or supervision of staff.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, quality standards, and person-centered care principles.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality & Safety Standards, legislative and compliance requirements.
  • High level of clinical care and documentation competence.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative dynamic environment.
