The role of Capital Transactions Specialist offers a rare opportunity to be at the centre of the investment engine.
- Ideal background:
- A minimum of 3–7 years' experience in capital transactions, real estate advisory, investment banking, or REITs is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Australian real estate and an understanding of investment underwriting are essential.
