We are seeking a skilled Marketing Campaign Analyst to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd.

As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign. Your primary focus will be on translating business requirements into campaign build specifications, analyzing data to inform marketing strategies, and building reports to monitor campaign effectiveness.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading insurance brand, leveraging your commercial acumen and client-focused approach to drive business growth and success. If you have significant experience in campaign management, preferably in the financial services or insurance industries, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

  • Scope marketing requirements with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
  • Analyze and translate marketing requirements into campaign build specifications.
  • Develop analysis and reports to monitor campaign effectiveness.
  • Liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive business KPIs and strategies.

About You

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and client-focused approach in analytics and insights.
  • Significant campaign management experience, ideally in the financial services or insurance industries.
  • Considerable experience in end-to-end campaign process, from pre-analysis, planning, development, execution, and post-analysis.
  • Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign or similar marketing platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe product suites is desirable.
  • Experience with organisational databases and proficiency in SQL.
  • Proven ability to create marketing reports to deliver insights into campaign performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, time management, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously as part of a team.
