The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisor to join our team at EML. As a Technical Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing practical guidance and coaching to team members, ensuring the delivery of high-level customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and support to team members to optimize claim outcomes.
  • Work within the legislative and regulatory environment to ensure compliance and robust decision-making.
  • Apply sound risk management principles to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Participate in employer claims reviews and provide technical support as required.
  • Collaborate with the Project Office to develop and update business processes.

About You

  • You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working within the workers' compensation industry.
  • You will possess strong technical experience in workers' compensation claims and a demonstrated understanding of the Return to Work Act 2014.
  • You will have experience coaching and mentoring team members in the workers' compensation industry.
