The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisor to join our team at EML. As a Technical Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing practical guidance and coaching to team members, ensuring the delivery of high-level customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and support to team members to optimize claim outcomes.
  • Work within the legislative and regulatory environment to ensure compliance and robust decision-making.
  • Apply sound risk management principles to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Participate in employer claims reviews and provide technical support.
  • Collaborate with the Project Office to develop and update business processes.

About You

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working within the workers' compensation industry.
  • Strong technical experience in workers' compensation claims.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring team members in the workers' compensation industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of the Return to Work Act 2014 and associated regulations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one area of claims management or a technical specialist background.
