Construction Project Management Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the project lifecycle from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform project management duties, including administrative and technical oversight on assigned projects.
- Prepare comprehensive project plans with detailed reviews of proposal specifications, drawings, and contracting requirements.
- Supervise the construction process to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, codes & standards, and schedule.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site functions, including scheduling, engineering, material control, and day-to-day direction of onsite staff.
- Investigate situations with potential project impacts, mitigate where possible, and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of project management experience required (Equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience also acceptable).
- PM Certified.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction, including technology, equipment, methods, codes, craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations, engineering, planning, schedules, and safety.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and complete projects on schedule.
- Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
- Ability to resolve disputes, manage difficult customer and employee situations, and maintain confidentiality.
