Chief Tax Strategist

This leadership role focuses on developing and executing strategic tax plans, ensuring compliance with global regulations, and driving data-driven decision making.

• Design and implement global tax strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Manage transfer pricing systems and processes to ensure accurate income tax calculation and tax-effect accounting.
• Lead cross-functional teams in managing R&D Tax Credit claims and collaborate with various departments to drive process improvements.
• Maintain tax compliance and governance across territories, including sales tax, fringe benefit tax, and other relevant taxes.
• Contribute to M&A tax activities and provide expertise on tax-related matters.

• Prior experience in high-growth companies operating globally in the technology or SaaS sector.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong ability to identify solutions and drive them to completion autonomously.
• A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and functions within the organization.
• Detailed attention to accuracy and a data-driven approach to inform decision making.
• An interest in leveraging technology, such as AI, to improve tax compliance, planning, and reporting processes.
