Support Employment Coach

We are seeking a skilled Support Employment Coach to join our vibrant team in Sydney. As a Support Employment Coach, you will play a critical role in ensuring all placed clients are supported and contacted regularly.

The Support Employment Coach is responsible for identifying areas where additional training may be required, tracking placements, and providing on-the-job support to participants and employers to maintain sustainable employment.

You will work with a collaborative and goal-focused team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Can-do attitudes
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges
  • Ability to liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders
  • Confidence in working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable employment
