We're seeking a highly skilled professional to support our Employment Partners and wider team in placing customers into sustainable employment. This key role involves communicating with customers daily to deliver exceptional service, working closely with our Customer Service Team to provide customer-centric solutions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working within a customer-centric environment, demonstrating qualities of empathy, integrity, and compassion. They'll be able to work independently as well as within a team environment, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be adaptable to working on a rotating roster.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing game-changing customer service
  • Working closely with the Customer Service Team
  • Communicating with customers daily
  • Supporting Employment Partners
  • Contributing to the ultimate goal of placing customers into sustainable employment

The successful candidate will thrive in an environment that values customer centricity, curiosity, resilience, adaptability, creativity, and a growth mindset. A national police check and Working with Children Check are requirements for this position.
