Audit Director

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Internal Audit to join our team in Brisbane. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for assisting the Assurance practice in delivering our client\u2019s Strategic Plan and Assurance service line plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day guidance and supervision of a team of professional internal auditors
- Leading and/or executing operational audit activities, including budget management, resource scheduling, and client relationship management
- Ongoing development and maturity uplift of the Internal Audit function, including promoting our internal audit methodology
- Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
Requirements:
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- 7+ years in audit (not external audit) or assurance, ideally with project assurance experience
- Relevant professional certifications (CA, CPA, GCIA, CIA)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- A proactive and innovative mindset
