The Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee and Industrial Relations Specialist to join our central Human Resources- IR/ER team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on industrial relations and employee engagement matters across Toll Group.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to deliver high-quality advice and solutions to our business. You will work closely with our project teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on industrial relations and employee engagement matters, including interpretation of awards and agreements
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity
  • Liaise with and support relevant specialist teams and the business to provide timely and accurate advice
  • Provide weekly reports on status of matters raised and escalate as necessary
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation and industrial relations best practices

Qualifications-

  • Relevant experience in providing advice on workplace, industrial and employee relations matters
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Human Resource Management, Industrial/Employee Relations, Employment Law or related discipline from a recognised University are highly desirable
