Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in effectively managing daily operations and achieving sales growth targets
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet regular KPI targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage high-volume stock and merchandise inline with business expectations
  • Launch catalogue campaigns and assist in recruitment and training functions
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
