About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve their full potential, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with fellow leaders and departments to achieve overall store success, fostering a culture of teamwork and inclusivity.
  • Ensure inventory levels are maintained, and customers have access to the products they need.
  • Craft a shopping experience that is visually appealing and safe, meeting the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

About You

  • A proven track record in retail leadership, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with your team and customers.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and responsibilities with ease.
