Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships between business units and HR, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Foster strong relationships between business units and HR to drive performance and enhance employee engagement.

- Deliver HR-related projects and initiatives that support company growth and development, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.

- Drive strategic people planning by analyzing trends and identifying opportunities to shape workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design efforts.

- Provide expert guidance on HR matters, including resolving employee relations issues, interpreting HR policies, and coaching managers on best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a utilities, manufacturing, or similar blue-collar environment.

- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR initiatives.

- Knowledge of Australian Employment legislation and reasonable experience negotiating and interpreting awards, agreements, and legislation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
