As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in implementing people processes that drive employee capabilities, performance, and potential. You will work closely with leaders and managers to provide strategic and client-valued HR consultancy and advisory services across a wide range of HR functions.

Key responsibilities include interpreting company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements accurately, as well as implementing employee engagement and retention initiatives. You will also be responsible for developing effective culture and communication strategies, leadership development programs, and team development initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will need tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline, along with previous experience and a demonstrable track record of success (3+ years) in a generalist HRBP role. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, including the ability to coach, influence, and manage others effectively.
