Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced research professional to join our team as a Senior Manager Quantitative Insights Specialist.

Responsibilities
  • Lead complex quantitative and qualitative research engagements from scoping through to delivery, ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives.
  • Design and oversee the development of research instruments (e.g. surveys, questionnaires, discussion guides).
  • Apply robust analytical frameworks to ensure methodological rigour.
  • Translate data into compelling insights and strategic recommendations using advanced analytics and visualisation tools.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with high-profile clients acting as a strategic advisor and thought partner.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture.
  • Drive quality assurance across all deliverables ensuring client relevance.
  • Contribute to business development through proposal writing, pitch presentations, and thought leadership.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in market and social research ideally within a leading agency or consultancy.
  • Proven expertise in quantitative (and qualitative) research methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Exceptional analytical and storytelling capabilities with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding client engagement and communication skills including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring and developing others.
  • Familiarity with digital research tools/platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, SPSS, R), and emerging methodologies (e.g. AI).
