Job Title: Senior Quantitative Researcher

We are seeking a seasoned research leader to join our team. As a Senior Quantitative Researcher, you will be responsible for leading complex research engagements from scoping through to delivery, ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives.

About the Role:
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative research projects, developing robust analytical frameworks and translating data into compelling insights.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact research for commercial and government clients.
  • Design and oversee the development of research instruments, such as surveys and questionnaires.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture.
  • Contribute to business development through proposal writing, pitch presentations, and thought leadership.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in market and social research, ideally within a leading agency or consultancy.
  • Proven expertise in quantitative (and qualitative) research methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Exceptional analytical and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding client engagement and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
