Senior Data and Research Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our newly formed data analytics team. The successful candidate will have a track record in delivering strategic projects, exercising strong commercial acumen, with client satisfaction, while fostering innovation in data services and integration across our platforms.
The role will manage a multidisciplinary team of professionals, guiding their growth, and ensuring high standards of analytical rigour and continuous improvement. The role requires forging influential relationships with stakeholders, including senior government officials and industry representatives, and actively promoting our value in research and evaluation.
- Manage complex projects to successful completion within agreed scope and success criteria
- Previous experience leading, coaching and mentoring staff
- Sound knowledge of and strong experience in managing VET analytics, research, information services, and evaluation projects
The successful candidate will require a proven history of leading and maximising the potential of diverse skillsets to develop a high performing team of information services officers, data analysts and researchers. This, coupled with strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills, the ability to manage complex relationships with government, industry and VET community stakeholders will be vital to your success.
