Community Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Care for clients in a social club environment
- Provide supervision according to each client's care plan
- Participate in organised activities and events for clients
- Assist clients with daily living tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must hold a current Working With Children Check clearance
- Must be available to work on Mondays
- First Aid certificate desirable
- Empathy and compassion are essential
- Good administrative skills and computer literacy skills
