With continued success and a broadening product range, we are now seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join their corporate Head Office.
This role offers sponsorship opportunities and will require relocation to Bundaberg.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the month-end accounting process, preparing management reports, and developing annual budgets and forecasts.
Key tasks will include:
- Overseeing and finalizing month-end accounting activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Generating comprehensive reports that include in-depth analysis of transactions and comparisons to budgets and forecasts.
- Creating and managing yearly budgets and forecasts, ensuring they align with financial objectives.
- Performing margin analysis to evaluate profitability and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- Supervising inventory management to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance processes and improve financial efficiency.
We are seeking a motivated and proactive professional who possesses the following attributes and experience:
- Degree qualified and studying or have obtained a CA/CPA.
- Intermediate to advanced level Excel knowledge.
- Knowledge of accounting and commercial application of accounting standards and policies.
- Ability to interpret financial management reports.
- Experience in developing budgets and financial targets.
- Capability to provide financial services to the business leaders.
- Experience in the agricultural or manufacturing industries preferred.
