Strategic HR Advisor for Technip Energies

We are currently seeking an experienced Strategic HR Advisor to join our team based in Perth, Western Australia on a permanent full-time basis.
About the Role
This key position will provide coaching, advice, and support to leaders regarding people management across the employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements and determining appropriate HR solutions. Additionally, you will lead and govern key HR processes, assist in the development and implementation of best practice HR strategies, manage transactional and operational activities, participate in global and local HR projects, and contribute to Talent Management and Inclusion and Diversity initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need relevant degree or experience in Human Resources, senior level HR generalist experience, preferably from a resources background, demonstrated knowledge of contemporary HR practices/legislation, ability to coach and influence stakeholders, passion for developing inclusion and diversity programs, and flexibility to undertake varying work with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
