Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in both Payroll and HR, working in a friendly and collaborative team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end weekly payroll preparation and processing.
  • Payroll system maintenance and data accuracy.
  • Pay-related calculations and timekeeping reviews.
  • HR support and employee queries.
  • Recruitment and onboarding assistance.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Prepare and process weekly payrolls for staff in accordance with various awards and agreements.
  • Maintain accurate payroll information in our systems.
  • Perform pay-related calculations and review timekeeping data.
  • Assist employees with payroll and HR queries, as well as recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Support a range of HR and payroll functions, including leave management and compensation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of payroll experience servicing 300+ employees desirable.
  • Familiarity with awards, EBAs, and NES.
  • Proven organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
