System Operations Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in the smooth operation of the South West Interconnected System (SWIS). As a System Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for real-time control and monitoring of the power system to identify risks and take prompt action.

Main Responsibilities
  • Real-Time Monitoring and Control: Perform complex computer-based network analysis to detect issues and violations, and provide timely solutions to mitigate any problems that may arise.
  • Power System Security: Conduct thorough analysis and implement strategies to ensure the security and stability of the power grid.

Requirements
  • A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering is highly desirable.
