Job Description:

As a senior power systems engineer, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence in various power system studies using industry-leading tools like PSS/E, PSCAD, PowerFactory, and Hypersim.

You will apply your expertise in end-to-end grid connection processes to guide the technical delivery of complex studies and ensure seamless integration with the grid.

Additionally, you will oversee project controls and subcontractor management, conduct site inspections, and deliver cost-effective outcomes.

With a deep understanding of Schedule 5 of the NER, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of high-voltage grid connection projects.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead innovative design and engineering solutions, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience delivering complex, high-voltage grid connection projects
  • Strong focus on health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ)
