Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will spearhead power system studies in Western Australia, fostering expertise among team members globally, driving business growth, and delivering high-quality power system consultancy services. This senior role combines technical leadership, client management, business development, and project execution. It requires a deep understanding of power systems engineering principles, expertise in static and dynamic power system studies, and proficiency in modelling and scripting for automation.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, with a specialisation in Power Systems or a related field is essential.
  • Extensive experience in power system studies, including feasibility studies and network planning, grid connection design and engineering, power system modelling and analysis, regulatory compliance, and grid code assessments.
  • Business acumen, relationship-building ability, and project management skills are necessary to drive business growth and deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead power system studies in Western Australia, including feasibility studies and network planning, grid connection design and engineering, power system modelling and analysis, regulatory compliance, and grid code assessments.
  • Foster expertise among team members globally, driving business growth and delivering high-quality power system consultancy services.
  • Manage key client relationships, representing the organization at industry events, and ensuring successful project delivery while upholding a strong safety culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, with a specialisation in Power Systems or a related field.
  • Proficient in modelling and scripting for automation.
  • Extensive experience in static and dynamic power system studies.
  • Clear understanding of regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Business acumen, relationship-building ability, and project management skills.
