We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solicitor to join our Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety team in Brisbane.

In this role, you will work closely with Partners and lawyers across our national practice, providing expert advice on employment law, industrial relations and safety matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking a range of work that supports and advises blue chip clients across multiple sectors;
  • Providing high-quality legal advice on employment disputes, enterprise bargaining, industrial action and related matters;
  • Supervising and developing more junior team members;
  • Supporting business development opportunities with existing and new clients.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in one or more of employment law, industrial relations or safety in a private practice, government, or in-house environment;
  • Excellent academic record and strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Interest in supporting the team's strategic business development initiatives;
  • Hunger to learn, develop and maintain a market-leading practice.
