About the Role

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team as a Partner-level recruitment specialist.

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the legal sector, with a focus on Partners and senior lawyers who have a self-sustaining practice and can bring clients with them.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. This may involve conducting interviews, developing job descriptions, and screening candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with clients to understand their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identifying and attracting top talent in the legal sector, with a focus on Partners and senior lawyers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a recruitment or related field, preferably in the legal sector.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the legal sector and the requirements for Partners and senior lawyers.

Qualifications: A degree in law or a related field, such as human resources or business administration.
