This internship opportunity is designed for recent graduates or students nearing graduation. Key responsibilities include identifying network-related issues, collaborating with other support team members, analyzing packet capture, and utilizing expertise to suggest detailed Knowledge Base articles.

  1. Detect and troubleshoot wireless, security, switching, phone, and other network problems.
  2. Collaborate with the Support team to resolve network outages, misconfigurations, and complex networking issues.
  3. Analyze packet capture using Wireshark.

The role requires a strong understanding of fundamental networking protocols, hands-on experience with network technologies, and excellent communication skills. This internship offers recent graduates the opportunity to apply their coursework, work with various industries, and gain exposure to diverse teams.
